Miss Chihara Minori the famous voice actress and singer will make an appearance at DaiCon this coming July. This will be her first tour to the South East Asia and she’ll be holding a Q&A panel with the fans on Saturday, 11th July 2009, while a special performance will be held on Sunday, 12th July.
